Situated in southeast Iowa near the historic town of Burlington, Middletown operates on the site of the 22,000
acre Iowa Army Ammunition Plant, providing daily switching service to facility manager American Ordnance. Middletown is ideally
located in a bustling agricultural region, providing their unique services to equipment managers handling merchandise such
as grain, syrups, and paper products, as well as coal and general commodities. Middletown also offers a tightly monitored,
fenced facility for those customers seeking enhanced security.
